Board Members Present:  Kris Hoberg, Tracy Kessler, Dave Pipes, Kelly Steinwand and Jenny L’Heureux   Absent:  Steve Mortenson and Chris Fellerman.

Dates have been set w/Clix Photo and times and been updated and posted to the website. 

Web-Site: 

Discussion on what we can do to enhance our website and should we post pictures on the website – which we would need to get approval from parents to do.  We decided that if teams want to post photos, they can do so on their team page.  It was determined that ATB would not post them.  Many teams are not utilizing their team-pages.   Discussion on how we can better get teams involved – i.e., utilize teams parents, etc.  

Player Fees:

There were a couple of registration fees yet to be collected.  Kelly was going to talk to one of the parents and Kris would follow-up with the others.  Overall, we had good participation at the parent meeting where the majority of the fees were collected. 

ATB Merchandise

Kris talked about have a “store” on our web-site where players and parents can purchase sweatshirts, pants, hats, etc.   Will continue to look at this and update at a future meeting.

ATB Tounament:

The majority of the meeting was spent on discussing the upcoming tournament.  There will be committees formed where we will get parent volunteers to sign up and help.  We have approximately 90 teams signed up for the tournament. The committees will be formed and begin to meet in the next few weeks.  Tracy commented that we will again be selling t-shirts.  Kelly will contact ColdStone Creamery and get information on selling ice-cream.  We decided to not sell pizza this year.  Possibly baked potatoes instead.   Officials and trainers have been secured.  Will look into having Clix to be on-site to take pictures of teams and individuals. 

Meeting was dismissed.
